• 用經(jīng)過熱處理過的銷子來固定經(jīng)久耐用的鋁棒
• 氣管和電纜分別設(shè)置了穿線的孔位，從而解決了電纜的斷裂變形等問題
• 如用于高強(qiáng)度或者銅銹較多的地方可使用不銹鋼材質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品
• 拖鏈在運(yùn)行過程中為了防止鏈板發(fā)生斷裂，在其重要的部位折彎增強(qiáng)其拉力，從而防止鏈板彎曲
• 合理優(yōu)化的設(shè)計(jì)使拖鏈運(yùn)行更加輕巧流暢
• 為了防止電纜及管線自重過大使之彎曲，扭曲，下垂，在拖鏈的立案板上折出一個(gè)1mm的連接板以增加它的支撐負(fù)荷力
